Job Title: CRM Coordinator - Luxury Retail
Location: Lancashire – 2/3 x a week in the office
Salary: Up to £28,000 + Benefits
The Role:
We are seeking a CRM Coordinator to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional with some prior experience in CRM to take on a pivotal role within our organisation. The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, and acting as the main point of contact with our CRM provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Efficiently manage CRM-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- CRM Data Management: Ensure the CRM system is consistently up to date, including managing customer tags and other key data points.
- Account Management: Act as the primary liaison with our CRM provider to address any system issues or requirements.
- Communication: Engage with internal teams to source and verify CRM data, and collaborate with the CRM provider to resolve any system-related queries and deliver projects in a timely manner.
- Implementation Support: Assist with CRM system implementation tasks, ensuring a smooth and effective rollout.
- Organisational Skills: Maintain a structured approach to managing multiple tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a CRM-related role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external providers.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and how to navigate them to extract relevant data.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to sort issues as they arise.
- Ability to support CRM implementation processes and follow up on necessary actions.
