About the company:
A close client of mine is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee a 6m commercial fit-out project in London. My client specalises in creating CAT A & B office fit-out projects.

About the role:

As Quantity Surveyor you will over see all aspects of the commercial element of a 6m CAT A office fit-out project in central London. The project is likely to last 30 weeks.

Rewards and Benefits:

• Day rate: 400 - 430

Requirements:

• Experience of working on commercial fit-out projects over 3m.
• Ability to commute to central London.
• Available from December 2024 onwards.
