Role Overview:
- Full-time, term-time only position
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with Autism (ASD)
- Assist in promoting progress and academic attainment
- Support behaviour management in the classroom and around school
- Collaborate with the SEN team to deliver tailored learning strategies
- Confidently lead ASD-focused sessions and interventions
Essential Requirements:
- 1:1 or 2:1 Psychology Degree from a leading UK university
- Experience working with SEN children, particularly those with Autism
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in managing student behaviour
- Strong understanding of child development and special needs education
- Capable of working closely with students, teachers, and parents to enhance learning
