Sales Advisor - Residential Developer

Blayze Group are working with one of our clients, who a leading national housebuilder recognised for the quality of the product they build and their 5-star customer service. Our client is seeking Sales Advisors, who have experience working with housebuilders.

Responsibilities:
Present excellent knowledge and understanding of the product.
Effectively convert enquiries and initial interest into site visits and potential sales
Deal with e-mail, telephone or postal enquiries.
Keep prospective buyers engaged.
Meet sales targets in accordance with business requirements.

About the requirements:
Experience with new homes sales.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with great communication and organisational skills.
IT Literate.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Flexible working pattern, with availability to work weekends and bank holidays.
Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.
Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.
