£70k - £80k basic salary plus attractive bonus and benefits package

Manage client bank generating from retiring adviser over the next 3 years

Book of clients generates £400k of recurring revenue

Offices in North Kent near Bromley

Hybrid working - come to offices once or twice a week

A key client of mine who I have placed 2 staff with in the past are looking for a Financial Adviser (ideally Chartered or studying towards it) who can manage an existing book of business from a retiring adviser generating over £400k in ongoing advice fees. The company has been operating for over 30 years and has built an outstanding reputation for providing holistic advisory services to families, retirees and some City professionals. They also manage the affairs of some elite sports professionals and public figures. Their clients hold anything between £300k - £10m of investable assets and they pride themselves on offering the highest quality service and generate new business purely through recommendation and referral. The clients are fairly geographically spread across Kent, Sussex and Surrey with a few in London.

This role will be suitable for a Financial Planner with at least 3 years of solid advising experience who has the gravitas and capabilities to work with HNW individuals and provide a quality service. The Directors do not require an adviser to bring AUM with them, but if you have some clients who fit their investment proposition then they would welcome this. The role would offer lots of flexibility to work from home and manage your own affairs.

£70k - £80k basic salary
