Rate of Pay: £100 - £150 per day

Purple Mango Education are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join one of our fantastic partner schools in Birmingham. This is an exceptional opportunity at a fantastic school. This position is initially a temporary contract to the end of the academic year with a view to moving to a permanent contract for the right person.

We are looking for someone with a love of learning and an assertive/confident, but most importantly a positive presence around students. The role provides short-term cover for absent Teachers, mentoring and supporting individual students and providing lunchtime/break supervision when required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver innovative lessons and student support
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Act as a role model and set high expectations of conduct and behaviour
• Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
