Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

An award-winning Accountancy firm requires a Facilities Assistant to join their front of house and Facilities team ASAP on a temp on going basis for 3 months.

Role and responsibilities

• Managing the meeting room calendar
• Setting up meeting rooms-rearranging furniture/IT equipment
• Dealing and liaising with the hospitality staff
• Ensuring the cleanliness of certain areas
• Liaising with the mail-room and receive and/or pick up mail and packages and boxes of varying in size
• Working closely with Front of house

The ideal candidate

• Previous experience in facilities/meeting room management essential
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to carry out physical duties.
• Must be comfortable with manual labour- lifting/moving chairs, tables/boxes
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Enjoys working in a fast paced ever changing environment
