MAK Jobs are looking for a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to join our team.
The role is for those with longer term ambitions and who want progression.
Working hours:
08.30 - 17.00 - Monday to Friday ( although flexibility is essential for this role)
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
Location: Rugby
The Role:
- Posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date internal records
- Answering incoming calls and emails
- Greet office visitors, answer, and direct phone calls
- Updating excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Screening resumes and applications
- Conducting phone screenings
- Document checking to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Referencing candidates
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and activities.
- Undertake general office and administration duties as required
