Social Value Professional

The Role:

This role is to develop and manage social value strategies and commitments for clients and projects. This role is a diverse one and you will be engaging with stakeholders, clients, communities, and local residents, to ensure that social value is embedded in all aspects of a project.

The Candidate:

• Experience in a social value, community engagement, or CSR role.
• Experience working with Public Sector organisations. Social Housing experience would be advantageous
• Proven project management and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to engage with a wide cross section of people from stakeholders, to community leaders to government officials and residents.
• Analytical skills to track, measure, and evaluate social value performance.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for community development.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.

The package:

35,000 per year plus car allowance, 37.5 hours per week including occasional evenings and weekends to attend community initiatives
