2x 12 months Fixed Term Contract (ML Cover)
Hours of Work: 35 per week
Location: St Neots
Reports to: Customer Service Manager St Neots
Pension: 4% Company Contribution
Healthcare Cover for Employee
Holidays: 32 per year
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Working in tandem with our external sales team you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of Customer Service is maintained. You will be responsible for processing a large volume of orders, dealing with customer queries and handling complaints by phone, live chat and email.
You will work independently at times but also within a team to achieve personal KPI targets. This is a fast paced role suitable for someone motivated to deliver results.
You must be a good communicator and someone who is able to prioritise workload.
