My client is looking to add to their ever-growing team and are looking for an Experienced Air & Road Freight Account Manager

Job Role

The role will consist of assisting both the road / air freight team , maintaining relationships with current clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage key clients shipments, from quoting, booking, collecting, delivery and customs paperwork
• Manage your portfolio of work
• Regular contacting clients via team calls
• Upsell to current clients
• Maintain a high level of customer service

Skills & Experience

• Must be from a freight forwarding background specializing in air & road
• Experience of Cargowise/Sequoia/CDS
• A high level of custom service
• Team player
• Ability to cope and work under pressure
