Interim Legal Counsel

Arbuthnot Yon are working exclusively with a globally recognised brand seeking to appoint an experienced corporate lawyer or experienced lawyer with corporate experience for an initial 6-month role (that may be extended). November start. Hybrid or remote. Full or part-time.

We are keen to hear from corporate lawyers or lawyers with corporate experience who can lead on corporate and finance related projects as well as getting involved in a range of broader legal areas such as: company secretarial and governance, compliance, strategic commercial contracts and IP.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love what they do! This is an excellent opportunity to have a strategic business facing role that is also varied in nature.

Full-time or part-time (4 days) applications will be considered. A hybrid (Midlands based HQ) or mostly remote position will be considered.
