Role: Category Manager
Location: North West, hybrid
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Lavandi Talent are currently working with a fantastic Beauty & Personal Care business who are on the lookout for a Category Manager to join their growing vibrant team. This is amazing opportunity for someone to develop, work cross functionally in a fast paced growing environment.
- Planogram Strategy and Optimization: Lead the creation and upkeep of strategic planograms, ensuring products are placed to maximize sales performance. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align planograms with broader marketing and sales goals. Regularly assess planogram efficiency through detailed data analysis and make informed adjustments to enhance their impact.
- Innovative POS Solutions Implementation: Drive the development of consistent, impactful point-of-sale (POS) strategies to strengthen brand presence and boost sales. Offer expert advice and constructive feedback to improve the execution and effectiveness of POS initiatives.
- Category Data Analysis & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of category-level data, including sales figures, consumer trends, and market dynamics. Identify key opportunities for category growth, refine product assortments, and streamline SKUs. Partner with sales and marketing teams to design and execute data-driven strategies that enhance category management.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in trade marketing, visual merchandising, or category management, with leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a talent for leading cross-functional collaborations.
- Keen attention to detail and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
