You will also engage with stakeholders, develop communication plans, and deliver presentations of your analysis and recommendations to various audiences. A passion for change and the ability to identify opportunities to make a lasting impact will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate business process improvement activities.

  • Analyse complex data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver presentations and reports, translating analytical data into actionable recommendations.
  • Support CSU in promoting continuous improvement, training, and communication with stakeholders.

Plan and facilitate workshops, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met.
