Have you got proven Electrical or Mechanical engineering experience?

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Manufacturing Business on the search for a Engineering Team Lead. This is a perm role based in Peterhead, Aberdeenshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on weekly/daily meetings for workload prioritisation.
• Coach and develop your team to ensure capability optimisation.
• Implement predictive maintenance tasks to optimise equipment reliability.
• Recommend changes to PPM tasks for continuous process improvement.
• Actively participate in major repair projects
• Develop reliability techniques and processes to delivery improvements.
• Deliver 100% compliance of scheduled PPM through CMMS system.
• Propose and Implement improvements/innovations

What are we looking for?

• FMCG industry experience preferred
• Educated to ONC level or equivalent preferred
• Electrical or Mechanical bias (both positions available)
• Experience leading a small team

Salary up to £50K + benefits.

12-hour shifts – 4 on 4 off.
