Shiko Group are a multi-site hospitality operator managing multiple venues and brands across the North West, with sites across Manchester and Leeds. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be the driving force behind corporate events for our unique spaces in Manchester City Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Managing booking platforms including Design My Night and Tagvenue, Headbox and more.
- Inbound and outbound sales, ensuring our spaces are booked throughout the year.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and third-party suppliers.
- Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and decor.
- Working closely with the operational teams to ensure the smooth running of each confirmed event.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction at all times.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2+ years experience in both inbound and outbound sales within the hospitality and events sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and Sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in planning, organising, and executing a variety of events including conferences, networking events, corporate gatherings, and social events.
- Ability to stay motivated and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
- A team-focused mentality and a 'can do' attitude.
