Plot Conveyancer – £28,000 - £40,000 DOE

An expanding, well-established law firm in Guildford is seeking a Plot Conveyancer. This client-facing, fee-earning role offers training and clear progression opportunities. Ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of paralegal or conveyancing experience, this position provides the chance to grow into a leadership role within a fast-growing team.

NOTE: You do not need specific plot conveyancing experience for this role. The role is also open to property paralegals and conveyancers with adjusted salary accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plot sales and conveyancing caseloads
• Provide exceptional client service
• Hit fee-earning targets
• Progress to leading a sub-team with training provided

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of paralegal, conveyancing, or plot conveyancing experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to undertake training if needed

Salary: £28,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with excellent career progression.
