Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to support data integration and transformation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Optimize and tune data processing workflows to improve efficiency and performance.
- Implement and manage data storage solutions in cloud environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Develop and maintain data models and database schemas to support analytics and reporting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Work with large datasets, performing data wrangling and preprocessing to prepare data for analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation tasks.
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.
- Extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining ETL pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
