About you:

· Track record of creating a positive business impact beyond code-writing

· Experience as a full-stack engineer, including customer-facing development

· Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a focus on feedback loops

· Familiarity with C#/.NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, and React

· Expertise with OOP languages (e.g., Java, C++) and modern JS frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js)

· Experience working on distributed, cloud-hosted products with rapid release cycles

· Experience in an Agile team delivering incremental improvements
