Customer Service - Thame - Temporary Role
Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin temporarily based in Thame.
Hours: between 8am-5pm (can be flexible)
Hourly rate: £12.50
Start date: Monday 14th October
Duties:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and dealing with inquiries
- Booking appointments for engineers to attend
- Working closely with the buying department with regards to ordering parts, creating invoices, and chasing payments.
- Updating the system with all notes from the engineers and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Experience dealing with call handling
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Packages
- Great communications
- Your own transport due to the location
