Production Operative (Manufacturing Experience Required) Coalville, Leicestershire

Salary: Hourly Equivalent: £15.30p/h - £17.57p/h (£11.82p/h, weekly bonus: Minimum £63.85 Maximum £97.42, Weekly shift allowance days: £89.45 / Nights: £155.51)

Contract: Permanent

Shifts: 11-hour shifts Days (6am 5pm) or Nights (6pm 5am), includes working weekends:5 on 5 off (x2) 4 days on 4 days off (x2)

Holiday: 24 days per annum

This well-established company are looking to recruit multiple Production Operatives for their site in Coalville due to continued upturn in business. This company are looking for motivated, reliable individuals that have a desire and ability to learn as they are looking to take on staff permanently. Immediate Start

The Production Operative will be responsible for the following:

• Operating a wide range of production machinery and heavy machinery (Training will be provided).
• General Production Operative duties.
• Upholding health and safety practices
• Labouring and Cleaning across the site

The Production Operative must possess the following skills to be considered for this role:

• Have a good understanding of safety.
• Experience operating machinery in a busy manufacturing plant
• Be reliable and a good communicator.
• Desire and ability to learn.
• High work ethic.
