Part Time Administrator

Position: Quality Administrator
Location: Letchworth
Reporting to: Quality & Compliance Manager / Assistant Quality & Compliance Manager
Working Hours: Part-time, 4 hours per day with a 20-minute break, 5 days a week. Flexible start times available.
Salary: £12.50ph
Job Overview:
The Quality Administrator will be responsible for completing customer questionnaires and responding to technical and quality-related queries from our customer base. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between the company and its customers, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met. Full training will be provided, and no prior industry knowledge is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately complete customer questionnaires and documentation.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer technical and quality-related queries.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing appropriate guidance and support to ensure satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the company s product range, including materials and specifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company s quality systems and protocols through comprehensive training provided by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous office experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable with strong common-sense problem-solving skills.
• Friendly and approachable with good attention to detail.
