Salt is working with one of the UK's leading social media agencies, renowned for creating impactful, data-driven campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world. We're seeking a passionate and driven Junior Insight Executive to join on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
As a Junior Insight Executive, you will be at the heart of our data and insights team, transforming social listening data into powerful stories that drive real impact for clients. Your passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations will be key in helping clients make informed decisions and shape their digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Listening & Analysis: Use social listening tools to monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment around key topics and brands.
- Data Storytelling: Transform data insights into compelling, easy-to-understand stories that inform and engage stakeholders.
- Reporting & Insights: Create reports that provide actionable recommendations based on your analysis, contributing to campaign success and strategy refinement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the wider insights and account teams to ensure data-driven insights align with overall campaign objectives.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of digital trends and identify opportunities for our clients to stay at the forefront of their industries.
About you:
- A natural problem-solver with a strong ability to interpret and analyse data
- A deep interest in social media platforms and digital trends, and how they can influence brand strategy.
- Ability to translate data into clear, insightful stories that inspire action
- Ideally experience or familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and clarity.
