Director, Human Resources Business Partner


Annapurna HR have been engaged to find a HR Business Partner Director to join a growing Financial Services institution going through exciting periods of change and transformation.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving forwards the HR strategy and providing strategic, consultative support to senior leadership across the business. The role will focus on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and enhancing effectiveness across the business.


Role

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on organisation design, talent management, workforce planning, and culture development.
  • Align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring that they support over business objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of people strategies that drive business growth, mitigate risk, and enhance employee experience.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and high performance.
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues, promoting a fair, transparent work environment.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide HR strategy, monitor key performance indicators, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Drive and execute the company’s merger and acquisition strategy, managing integrations and ensuring they align with the company’s strategic growth goals.


Key Skills

  • Experience working in the Financial Services/ Professional Services industry.
  • Strong experience working within a strategic HR business partnering position.
  • Experience leading on large TUPE/ M&A activities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail.


To be transparent, this role will be paying up to £150,000 per annum + benefits, and will require 3 days a week in the office in London.
