Contract Project Manager

Location: Glasgow, West Central Scotland

Salary: £500 per day - 3 days per week

Our client, a dynamic Energy company, is seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to join their team. If you have a passion for digital programme delivery, driving transformation, managing change projects, and ensuring effective governance of budgets, this role is for you.

Key Requirements:

• Hold a relevant programme management qualification
• Demonstrated delivery experience in complex IT change and digital transformation
• Proven ability to influence positive behavioural change across diverse teams
• Effective communicator with experience in raising awareness and educating others
• Strong background in risk management, with the ability to clearly articulate key project delivery risks and their impact on budget and programme
• Capability to manage multiple projects/processes simultaneously
• Proven track record in business improvement
• Demonstrated ability to influence cultural change
