Job Description
An Interim HR Director to:
- Provide strategic leadership to continue the delivery of the HR function.
- Provide leadership to a wider HR Team.
- Coach, advise, and guide managers to support delivery of strategic priorities.
- Lead on the strategic side of HR with a focus on culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead on organisational development initiatives.
- Develop and embed a high performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment.
- Additional priorities to be discussed.
The Successful Applicant
An Interim HR Director with:
- Previous experience of leading a HR team in a not-for-profit organisation.
- Previous experience of implementing a people strategy and strategic initiatives.
- Experience of leading cultural and DEI programs.
- Available to start from November.
What's on Offer
Interim HR Director
3-6 month role initially.
£90-100,000 per annum on an equivalent day rate.
London based with hybrid working.
Open to a 4-day working week.
