As an Office Manager in a legal company, we expect you to suit up and bring the fun! You’ll keep everything running smoothly and be the go-to for all things office-related. Here’s the gist:


Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Keep the office organized and stocked.
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and office communications.
  • Manage office equipment with IT’s help and prep for new hires.
  • Solve any issues that pop up and keep things drama-free.


Money & HR:

  • Watch office spending and get the best deals.
  • Assist with onboarding and basic HR tasks like benefits
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.


Vibe & Culture:

You'll be the driving force behind a positive, welcoming atmosphere in the office. From planning fun office events and team-building activities to organizing celebrations, you’ll keep the energy up and foster a sense of community. As the bridge between employees and management, you’ll help ensure smooth communication, collaboration, and that everyone feels supported and engaged.
