Support workers - Care package

Support Worker/ Workers required for a care package in Hertford.

Shifts:

7am - 3pm

3pm - 10pm Monday to sunday

OR

7am - 10pm long shift

We are looking for 2 - 4 carers on a long term basis for a client in Hertford (SG14), package due to start Monday 23rd September. Please see details below:

Client:

SG14 (outskirts of Hertford)

Male client, lives alone with his dog and is a smoker (smokes in the house). Has early onset vascular dementia and requires assistance with washing in the mornings, medication administration and the carer to accompany him to his local pub for food and a pint each day. Carer may also be required to walk the dog each day if he is not feeling up to it. Overall the main duties will be supervising the client at all times, housekeeping, food prep and daily food shopping (at his daughters request to get him out of the house in the afternoons).

Carer requirement at request of the family:

Female driver

Must be happy with dogs

Must be happy with smoking and/or a smoker
