Are you a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager looking to join a reputable tier 1 contractor on a leading build to rent high rise apartment development in Liverpool?

There is an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Site Manager / Construction Manager to join a leading main contractor & developer to manage live packages and the fit out of a high end RC frame apartment development. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be managing several subcontractor packages, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.

The company are an award winning multi-disciplinary contractor and developer that specialise in design and build student accommodation, build to rent and commercial developments between 50m and 150m in value. This is a fast-growing region with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

  • Background of Site / Construction Management within a large / Tier 1 contractor environment. Ideally fit out of live packages across high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, student accommodation etc.
  • Experience of managing various internal packages
  • Academically Qualified either BEng Civil Engineering / BSc Construction Management and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
  • Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.



Salary & Package on offer:

  • Base 65,000 - 70,000 base
