• Based in West Molesey
• £30,000 - £35,000 salary
• Monday Friday, 9am 5:30pm
• Free parking

Job specification:

• Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any issues.
• Keep detailed logs ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ensure company vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Manage insurance renewals to maintain continuous legal coverage.
• Oversee annual renewals for certifications like ICO and marketing.
• Handle cost-effective purchasing and maintain supplier relationships.
• Assist with maintenance and procurement payables for timely financial management.
• Manage tenancy agreements, rent reconciliation, and utilities.
• Provide support for IT issues as needed.
• Perform various operational tasks as required.
• Take care of everyone's health and safety at work, following company policies.

Person specification:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent rapport building.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proactive.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
