Job specification:
- Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any issues.
- Keep detailed logs ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure company vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage insurance renewals to maintain continuous legal coverage.
- Oversee annual renewals for certifications like ICO and marketing.
- Handle cost-effective purchasing and maintain supplier relationships.
- Assist with maintenance and procurement payables for timely financial management.
- Manage tenancy agreements, rent reconciliation, and utilities.
- Provide support for IT issues as needed.
- Perform various operational tasks as required.
- Take care of everyone's health and safety at work, following company policies.
