The Role:

  • Global Scope & Schedule: Lead and coordinate engineering activities across Europe and Asia, consolidating project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
  • Cross-Regional Team Leadership: Oversee global Project Engineering Management (PEMs) teams in multiple regions, managing technical interfaces and ensuring seamless collaboration across global teams.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the global engineering budget, track progress, identify cost-saving opportunities, and allocate resources across Europe and Asia to ensure optimal project delivery.
  • Strategic Execution & Risk Management: Define and implement the global engineering execution strategy, identifying technical risks and driving mitigation plans for successful project outcomes.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary engineering liaison with global customers, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and overseeing key technical meetings and document exchanges.
  • Global Document Control & Quality: Lead the management of technical documentation across regions, ensuring consistency and compliance, while tracking and addressing customer feedback.
  • Innovation & Compliance: Drive the deployment of cutting-edge engineering tools and processes globally, ensuring compliance with international standards and managing design reviews across multiple regions.
  • Supplier & Subcontractor Collaboration: Support technical integration and interface management with global suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring alignment across regions.


The Person:

  • Experience in engineering within EPC environments, such as T&D, Power Generation, or Oil & Gas.
  • Expertise in engineering areas like civil work, plant configuration, control systems, or electrical design.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of project risks and financial processes.
  • Willingness to travel globally for short- to medium-term assignments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Ability to lead in dynamic environments and consistently deliver results.
