Job Title: Service Manager

Location: North West

Responsible to: Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-quality care services.
  • Support and mentor Unit/Home Managers.
  • Drive up the quality standards of care being delivered.
  • Maintain operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior managers for strategic direction and operational performance.
