The Opportunity
We're seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our ambitious team and make a significant impact by generating leads and sales opportunities.
Salary: £21,500 - £25,000 (dependent on experience), plus uncapped commission

Your Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Generate new sales opportunities via phone, social media, and personalised emails
- Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline
- Enhance CRM data quality by accurately logging all prospect engagements
- Write detailed reports for booked opportunities
- Represent Punch! and our clients professionally in all communications
- Participate proactively in team-building incentives
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead Generation
- Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot/Salesforce knowledge is a plus)
- Experience using G-Suite
- Strong active listening skills to assess prospects' needs effectively
- Excellent time management, organisation, and multitasking abilities
- The ability to build strong relationships with team members and external clients
- Ambition, self-motivation, and eagerness to progress in a sales career
- Potential for future leadership
