The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field and a proven track record in the following areas:
1. Condition Surveys and Defect Diagnosis : Your ability to assess the state of buildings and identify issues will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of various structures.
2. Project Management : From design (CAD) to specification writing, tendering, contract administration, and CDM regulations planning supervision, your comprehensive project management skills will ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
3. Dilapidations : Expertise in dilapidations will be essential in managing the end-of-lease obligations and ensuring properties are returned to their original condition.
4. Measured Surveys : Precision in conducting measured surveys will support accurate planning and development processes.
