Senior Development Manager

We are representing a Family office and Development Company who are delivering a 20+ year project and have mandated us to strengthen their small team of highly experienced property professionals.

This is a career defining mixed-use scheme that is complex in nature and will incorporate residential, BTR / PRS, later living, retail space, commercial offices and light industrial units. All being driven forward with a genuine placemaking mindset.

We are looking for:

• Cradle to grave development exposure
• Solid engineering / technical comprehension of land parcels
• Experience of land disposal for a mixture of purposes
• Entrepreneurial approach to commercialising opportunities
• Track record of stakeholder management and forging commercial partnerships
• A breadth of sector experience to reflect the nature of the scheme
