Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring timely processing of financial transactions.
• Oversee credit control processes and manage debts owed to the University.
• Coordinate with other departments and external agencies to enhance debt recovery.
• Implement system improvements and ensure data quality in the Accounts Receivable function.
• Update and enforce financial policies and procedures while providing hands-on support during peak periods.

Ideal Candidate Skills:
Essential:

• Proven experience in managing an Accounts Receivable function.
• Familiarity with finance IT systems and reporting software.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with students and stakeholders.
• Confidence in managing debtor relationships effectively.

Desired:

• Experience in a higher education setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting finance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Unit4ERP/Agresso
