Senior Product Enablement Manager

Location: Predominantly Remote (London Office Attendance Required Occasionally)

Company: Cera

Report to: Product Enablement Lead

Contract type: Fixed-Term (potential for permanent)

About the Role

As a Senior Product Enablement Manager at Cera, you will play a pivotal role in driving the

adoption and success of our products, ensuring our technology empowers us to deliver

exceptional care while enhancing the experience of everyone involved in care delivery. You

will lead the rollout of features and products to users, offering ongoing support and insights

that ensure the continuous improvement of our technology.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and operations, providing a

critical link between these functions. As a trusted advocate for frontline operations, you will

communicate their needs and feedback to the product team, helping to shape product

direction. Your goal is to ensure that users across Cera's network understand, adopt, and

leverage our technology to its fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities

? Drive Product Adoption: Lead the successful rollout and adoption of Cera’s

products within operations, driving high engagement and usage across all user

groups.

? Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with branch operations and

carers, acting as their voice and facilitating cross-functional collaboration with

product, product design, tech, and business teams.

? Strategic Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end product rollout process,

including project planning, coordination, execution, and post-launch follow-up to

ensure successful implementation.

? Communication & Training: Develop and distribute comprehensive training

materials, ensuring that all system users remain updated with the latest product

knowledge and skills. Continuously assess the effectiveness of training and make

improvements.

? Insights & Feedback: Proactively identify trends, analyse user behaviours, and

develop strategies to enhance product engagement. Serve as a subject matter

expert, feeding insights to the product teams and aiding in prioritisation and

resolution of issues.

? Product Evangelism: Champion Cera’s products within the organisation, ensuring

that branches are equipped with the knowledge and tools to support the technology,

while also contributing to the evolution of the Product Enablement function.

? Adaptability: Tackle ad hoc projects and prioritise shifting demands in a dynamic,

fast-paced environment.

About You

? Problem Solver: You’re skilled at structuring problems, driving projects from

ambiguous states to resolution, and leading initiatives with little guidance.

? Effective Communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you can

motivate and guide teams of varying technical proficiencies.

? Strategic Thinker: You possess the ability to think both strategically and tactically,

executing plans with precision while maintaining a focus on long-term goals.

? Self-Starter: You have a strong sense of ownership and are proactive in identifying

and resolving issues, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

? Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail and organisational skills are exemplary,

enabling you to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced

tech environment.

? Collaborator: You thrive in collaborative settings, building strong relationships

across teams and disciplines to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

? Proven experience in product enablement, project management, change

management, or operational roles.

? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (project management,

product management, etc.).

? Proficiency with Google Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and

systems.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

? Experience working in or with the healthcare sector is a plus.

? Willingness to travel to various branches across the UK as needed.

Why Cera?
