Commercial Property – Solicitor/ Senior Solicitor – Salary up to £80,000(Depending on Experience)

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, modern, and dynamic law firm that is on the verge of expansion, with plans to strengthen its office network by growing its commercial property team in York.

The firm has built an outstanding reputation across Northern England for its exceptional client service and high-quality work in both the commercial and private sectors. As it expands, the firm is seeking to hire an additional Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (10-15 years PQE) to join the existing Commercial Property team.

The Candidate

• A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 10-15 years PQE
• Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Experienced in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
