Communications Executive

the role.

This is an exciting role for a proactive go-getter to join this communications agency! You'll be the superstar handling day-to-day account execution and admin duties, all while working closely with their Senior Account Executive or Account Manager. If you've got a solid grasp of media and communication, know your way around PR tools, and can keep things running like a well-oiled machine, this could be the perfect role for you!

Your main duties and responsibilities:

• Keep a close eye on media coverage, log it, and create insightful reports.
• Track media and social media channels for your clients, flagging any coverage or new opportunities.
• Craft top-notch press releases and digital content
• Confidently approach journalists to pitch ideas and help organize events
• Get involved in presenting to clients and supporting new business pitches.
• Identify publicity opportunities and produce copy for client and internal needs

We are looking for someone with recent experience of working in an agency setting, who is confident in contributing to new business development and client projects. You should have strong interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships, conduct research, and play a key role in the design process. You must be flexible, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks while ensuring smooth operations, this could be the ideal fit. You'll also get to develop valuable business contacts, brief suppliers with confidence, and travel to exciting client events. Plus, your keen eye for detail will be put to good use in proofreading and ensuring quality in all communications.
