MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling Health & Wellness brand. The business has doubled in size for the last 2 years and with further growth expected this year and beyond. They’re now looking to hire an Influencer Marketing Manager to devise an Influencer strategy and build strong relationships with a network of key influencers.

Main duties & responsibilities:

??Research & develop a pipeline of key influencers and affiliate partners

??Identify, recruit and onboard influencers and content creators

??Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of these influencers

??Keep a close eye on competitor activity and market trends

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

??A minimum of 2 years Influencer Marketing experience

??Experience working for an FMCG or Retail brand is important, ideally a start-up/challenger brand.

??Extremely strong communication and organisation skills are critical for this role.

??Strong data and numeracy skills are very important.

??A passion for the Health, Wellness and Beauty space is important.
