Sales & Service Officer

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with a valued client to appoint an experienced Sales and Services Officer to work part time with there home ownership team. You'll act as a first point of contact for residents and colleagues on all aspects of lease holder resale's.

Other responsibilities include:

• Prepare and send responses to management.
• Preparing packs and pre-assignment enquires from solicitors.
• Taking responsibility for the accuracy of information delivered.
• Hold responsibility of responding to correspondence, writing standard and none standard letters on occasional complex matters.
• General administration duties, this includes managing data and emails, covering team phone lines.
