We have a great opportunity at HMYOI Wetherby to join the education team as our Head of Inclusion on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours a week.
As the Head of Inclusion, you will Effectively manage all support and inclusion services, and staff, within the YOI to ensure the right support is in place for learners to receive the appropriate and most effective methods of support intervention. In close liaison with other YOI departments and staff, ensure that the special educational needs and disabilities of all learners are identified, assessed, and met. Ensure that comprehensive individual learner Educational Health and Care Plans (EHC Plans) are in place, regularly updated and monitored as learners' progress through education and on in to mainstream education, training or employment.
