Adoption Panel Advisor

We are looking to recruit an Adoption Panel Advisor in Buckinghamshire County Council.

Responsibilities include:

• Giving evidence in Court
• Family Finding
• Assessing Children, Families and Carers
• Working in an Adoption Team
• Supervising

Experience preferred:

5 years of recent adoption experience
Being able to advise the Agency Decision Makes on best interest decisions
QA paperwork for the fostering and adoption panels
Have sound knowledge of the new Kinship strategy
Fostering experience

The team:

• Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.

Minimum Requirements:

• SWE Registration
• 5 year post qualifying experience within UK
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
