Job Opportunity: Sterile Technician/Operative
Pay Rate: £11.60 per hour (PAYE), pay will be increased when the Temp-Perm is completed
We are currently recruiting Sterile Technicians/Operatives for a Temp-Perm position in the Aylesford area.
Key Responsibilities:
- To carry out inspection, washing, assembling, packing, wrapping and sterilisation of reusable surgical instruments and medical devices, using manual and mechanical techniques, in line with the Quality Management System.
- Manual dexterity is a crucial part of the role as you are handling clinical instruments
- Lifting is involved with the job as you will be required to transport the instrument trays
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shift pattern, 06:00-14:00 , 14:00-22:00 , 22:00-06:00
Requirements:
- Experience working in a sterile enviroment is desirable
- The successful candidate will have had to had a Hepatitis B jab due to the nature of the job role
