Key Responsibilities:
- Providing service excellence and motivating the team in achieving sales targets.
- Having an in-depth knowledge and appreciation for the brand and using these elements to share the legacy and vision with clients.
- Analyse individual KPIs to support the sales team, under the guidance of the Store Manager, in order to achieve the objectives set.
Requirements:
- Strong luxury background managing large teams.
- Have an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills
- A true leader, humble, eloquent, well spoken and an ambassador to the brand.
Offering:
- Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience.
