We have an exciting opportunity for an Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers.
About the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
You will be working in a high end ccommercial building, working on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve electrical and mechanical aspects of the building.
Mon - Fri role 8-5pm
Responsibilities of the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
- Maintenance on Electrical distribution systems.
- Repairs on Electrical Systems
- Install on Electrical Systems
- Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers
- Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
- Fault finding
- Plumbing
- Working on Motors, Gearboxes, Valves encompassing Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Electrical Systems.
- Work on Three Phase Systems with Voltages up to 440V.
- General branch maintenance (drainage, plumbing, building fabric)
- Work along side clients and represent the company well.
Requirements for the Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer
- 17th Editions
- Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation Electrical or Part 1 & 2.
- Level 2 or 3 in Mechanical or Plumbing & Heating.

- Basic salary of 38,000.
