We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Dental Nurse to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while supporting our dental team. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient service.
\*Responsibilities\*
- Ensuring Infection Control Protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
- Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment prior to procedures.
- Supporting & Training Nurses.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing information about treatments and aftercare.
- Support the dental team in administrative tasks as needed, including managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations & Clinical Audits within the practice.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
\*Experience\*
- Previous experience as a Lead Dental Nurse is essential
- Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with patients and team members.
- Familiarity with IT systems used in dental practices is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A genuine passion for patient care and a friendly disposition are essential for this role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
