Job Description: We are currently looking to recruit two fee earners for our financial mis-selling team. The roles are as follows:

• Experienced Solicitor

• Responsibilities:
• Handle complex financial mis-selling cases.
• Represent clients in High Court cases.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
• Manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.

• Requirements:
• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in financial mis-selling.
• Proven track record of handling High Court cases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
