Finance Change Business Analyst - IFRS17 Transition

My London Market insurance client is looking for a skilled Finance Change Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the IFRS17 transition. This position will support their efforts to define, document, and implement new reporting and control processes for compliance with IFRS17, while ensuring key stakeholders are aligned with our business readiness activities and reporting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational finance change, focusing on IFRS17 reporting processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance, actuarial, and regulatory teams to deliver changes.
• Manage and support the Business Readiness roadmap and key milestones.
• Influence stakeholders and foster improvements across finance reporting cycles.
• Ensure alignment of business goals with revised Working Day Timetable targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in financial services, preferably within insurance or regulatory-driven programs.
• Deep understanding of general insurance IFRS, Lloyd’s financial reporting, and actuarial processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working in matrix organisations with milestone-driven programs.

The role is onsite in London x3 days a week and sits inside IR35.
