Specific Tasks
You will contribute to the successful delivery of new energy projects throughout both the pre-construction and construction phases, working closely with and supported by the broader team. Specific responsibilities include:
- Assisting the team Director in managing resources across active design projects.
- Creating reports to provide insight into resource allocation and utilization.
- Helping to identify resource gaps and support the engagement of third-party contractors.
- Collaborating with Development, Pre-Construction, and Construction Teams to understand project requirements and timelines to inform design needs.
- Supporting the maintenance of design programs and providing regular progress updates during project execution.
- Assisting in post-project evaluations and reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
- Managing and maintaining Design Team document folders and procedures.
- Performing general administrative duties relevant to the role.
- Providing regular updates to the team Director.
Skills
- 2-3+ years of experience in a coordinator role with an emphasis on time-critical delivery.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong ability to manage different personalities.
- Experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, and Procore is beneficial.
- Fully IT proficient, with at least working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and email systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative, inquisitive, and enjoys solving problems.
- A general understanding of the construction and energy industries and how construction projects are planned and delivered is advantageous.
Remuneration and Info
- Remuneration: Base £38,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience).
